Project Objectives
- To maintain physical health, mental health, and social health which was affected by the current travel restrictions.
- To educate people about health, motivating them to improve and maintain their health, prevent disease, and reduce risky behaviors.
- To provide the reader with a free health magazine to improve their fitness.
- To educate people about the rights of children in Sri Lanka and enable them with the proper knowledge on how to act when those rights are violated.
- To educate people on basic first aid procedures and their importance in day-to-day life.
- To inform people about the main types of non-communicable diseases, their causes, and ways of preventing them, urging them to make changes in their lives for a happy and healthy future.
Analysis
The 5 magazines which were under the topics of First aid in emergencies, Importance of mental health, Laws related to children in Sri Lanka, Importance of physical health and non-communicable diseases were able to successfully succeed the above-mentioned objectives as it was shared well among the social media and many people have read them and understood the lifestyle changes they have to make and they have adapted to them quite successfully.
