Project Objective
- To engage the community in eye donation efforts, promote compassion, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the program, guided by Red Cross principles: We believe the society was exceedingly successful in this regard due to the massive positive response received for the project.
- To boost the number of eye donor registrations and raise awareness about the importance of eye donation and care through educational outreach: With over 200 signups to the eye donation program and over 250 eye checkups, the society believes that it has fulfilled this objective.
- To enhance healthcare services and facilities for eye care, while fostering partnerships with institutions like the National Eye Hospital to support sight-restoring surgeries.
